The ORCI Library consists of a collection intended to serve as a resources center to aid in-patients, out-patients, Researchers, Doctors, Specialists, Nurses, Students and all ORCI staffs.The ORCI Library is dedicated to helping patients, Doctors, Staff and the community find the resources and information they need to make informed decisions about their health.

You can use the services at our library, located on the old building first floor, in person, over the phone or online. If you visit or call, you will be assisted by the same professional research librarians who support the information needs of specialist and nurses at the Institute.

ORCI Medical Librarians
We have skilled professionals to assist with resources and research in the medical professions.
The focus of our medical librarian is to emphasize the use of evidence based research and practice.This can be for both medical research or medical practice.

Roles
To Evaluate the needs for medical and healthcare education and training programs for Improving infrastructure for cancer management.
To Enhance communication between regional hospital, nursing, and healthcare libraries for cancer awareness.
To Support and promote information literacy and resources in regional hospitals.
Improving cancer research, registration, training, education and information dissemination in cancer management.
